Meet the Therapist
I work with women who look like they have everything together on the outside—but feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck on the inside.
If you tend to overthink, second-guess yourself, or feel like your mind never really slows down, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep managing it on your own.
My approach is structured, practical, and supportive, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll identify and understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while building tools you can realistically apply in your everyday life.
Therapy with me is calm, focused, and collaborative. We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable, while still helping you move forward in a clear and meaningful way.
My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more grounded, more in control, and more confident in how you handle what comes your way.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in environments where I was expected to stay organized, manage stress, and keep things running smoothly.
From the outside, I looked capable and put together—but I also understand how easy it is to feel overwhelmed internally while still showing up for everything around you.
That experience shaped how I work today. I value having a clear, practical approach that not only helps you understand what’s happening, but gives you tools that actually make a difference in your day-to-day life.
