Where do I park?

​

Park by entering The Cotton Exchange parking lot on Grace Street. Drive up to the kiosk and touch the screen to get a ticket. Bring the ticket with you to your appointment and I will validate your parking at the end of your session. Your ticket gives you free parking for 3 hours from the time you entered the parking lot. After 3 hours there is a charge for each additional hour.

What are your office hours?

 

Monday - 10:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm
Friday - CLOSED

 

What insurances do you accept?

  • Optum / United Healthcare

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

 

I recommend that you check with your insurance carrier to ensure I am considered an "in-network provider" for your specific plan, if you must first meet a deductible, and what your co-pay is. Co-pays are due at the time of your appointment.

 

For other insurances, I am considered an Out-of-Network Provider. If you are wanting to use your Out-of- Network benefits, I will be happy to provide you with a Super Bill at the beginning of each month that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

 

How do I get started?

 

You can call or email to schedule your first appointment. We will talk about what brings you to counseling and answer any questions that you may have. This first phone call can help us decide if I am the right fit for you. If you decide you’d like to proceed, we will schedule your first appointment over the phone. 

 

What should I expect during my first session?

 

The first appointment lasts approximately 55 minutes. I’ll ask questions to get to know you better and the issues you’ve been struggling with. We will also talk about your strengths, resources, and your goals.

 

Is there anything I need to do before my first appointment?

 

Before your first appointment, I will send you a link to your own client portal. All intake documents are available for you to complete before coming to your first appointment. This saves time and paper. It also gives me a snapshot of what is bringing you to counseling.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

 

I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours in advance cancellation notice. If prior and timely notification is not given you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
