Therapy for Women in Wilmington, NC
You look like you’re holding it all together—but inside, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. Maybe you overthink everything, struggle to set boundaries, or feel responsible for everyone else’s needs.

Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to perform, fix, or figure it all out on your own.

I work with women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one,” but feel exhausted trying to keep up. Together, we slow things down, understand patterns, and create lasting change—not just quick fixes.

My approach is relational and insight-oriented, while still being practical. We’ll explore what’s underneath your stress while also helping you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life.

I am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare including many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) plans.

How Therapy Can Help
You may be used to holding everything together—showing up for others, managing responsibilities, and pushing through even when you feel overwhelmed. But inside, it can feel exhausting, anxious, and hard to slow your thoughts down.

Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to keep performing or figuring it all out on your own.

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s contributing to your stress, anxiety, or patterns of people-pleasing. You’ll begin to understand yourself in a deeper way—why you think the way you do, why certain situations feel so overwhelming, and how your patterns developed over time.

As we work together, many clients begin to feel:
-
Less anxious and more grounded
-
More confident setting boundaries
-
Less pressure to overthink or “get everything right”
-
More connected to themselves and their needs
Therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you feel more at ease, more clear, and more like yourself again.
